Worksthal AI Thinker & Creator Lab

Worksthal AI Thinker & Creator Lab: Hands-on AI Workshops and Hackathons for Students

The Thinker & Creator Lab brings AI literacy to degree and MBA students aged 18+, who rarely get hackathons the way engineering students do. Students learn real AI tools by building projects, to improve their careers and placements.

The Worksthal AI Thinker & Creator Lab runs hands-on AI workshops and hackathons for students aged 18+, focused on degree and MBA colleges, to build AI literacy and career readiness.

Why AI literacy for non-engineering students?

  • AI tools are now used every day in marketing, finance, HR, operations and content roles.
  • Employers increasingly expect new graduates to be able to use them.
  • Most degree and MBA colleges don't run hackathons, so their students miss the hands-on practice engineering students get.

Creator Lab: frequently asked questions

Who can join?

Students aged 18 and above, mainly from degree (BCom, BBA, BSc, BA) and MBA/PGDM programmes. No engineering background needed.

Do students need to know coding?

No. Workshops focus on using AI tools to research, create, analyse and build, with no-code and low-code tools.

Why does the Lab focus on degree and MBA students?

Engineering students often get hackathons and tech clubs; degree and MBA students rarely do, even though AI tools now shape the marketing, finance, HR and operations roles they are preparing for.
